To all the staff, GP and Nurses, but at this time to the nurses, ive had 23 ops on my face for skin cancer and each time aftercare by northgate nurses, one who stands out is Emma Harrington, the doctor in dermatology said if all nurses and gps from other medial practices gave aftercare like Northgate it would help the NHS, Thank you all

Very difficult to get appointment with practice nurse - just for simple 3 monthly blood test

Thank you for your feedback I am sorry that you have had difficulties booking an appointment. During the summer period we were busy recruiting phlebotomy staff and now we are full team again, i would hope that the appointment issues will have much improved since your comments. Lisa Practice Manager
